How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping for all orders.

How Long will it take for the buyer to receive their Order?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility

2 - 4 business days after purchase.

Transit time 5 - 10 days.

SweetShaver is not responsible for delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.

We ship all orders the same day that we provide your tracking information via email. 

Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control how your order is handled or where it is sent.

When will my goods ship?

Orders begin processing immediately and ship out within 2–4 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). When your order ships from our facility,

you will receive an email with a tracking number.

My packaging looks different, why is that?

We are rolling out new packaging.

There is a chance what you receive might either be mixed or something you've never seen.

The goods are no different.

For what it's worth, on the new packaging we increased the size of the size chart (pun?), provided a height chart, and have reorganized how we describe weight and cushion to what we believe is an easier-to-understand system. That was based on customer feedback from phone calls, emails, social DMs, actual mail, and some face-to-face meetings.
